Hotel accommodation can be reserved in Stellenbosch through the intermediary of Turners, who has secured preferred rates for participants. All rates quoted on the online registration form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. Hotel room category should be indicated on the booking form. Accommodation establishments are within 8 to 12-Kilometers from Cavalli Estate.

Confirmation of Reservation

All reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the payment required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment.

Full payment required to secure the reservation. The payment may be paid either by bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.

Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 11^th August 2026 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR115.00.

Reservations cancelled after 11^th August 2026 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

1. 60 – 31 Days – 50% Cancellation fees apply
2. 30 – 0 Days – 100% Cancellation fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to reservations after 05^th October 2026.

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
